Dr. Charlotte is absolutely amazing.. Even though it's been over three years since my bacterial meningitis.. I will never forget how supportive she was. And how wonderful she treated me.
Dr. Vempati was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She took time to answer my questions honestly, and she was always encouraging. The nurses and the rest of the staff were respectful and friendly.
I was a patient with WIDC since 2018. Since 2020, the level of care has plummeted, both with the medical staff and administrative staff. As a result of my most recent July 2021 visit, I am no longer a patient at WIDC. The following are my experiences that compelled me to move to a different care provider: 1. the MA who took my blood for labs busted my veins in both arms, which bruised both arms, and left me in physical discomfort for a week.
