Dr. Charlotte is absolutely amazing.. Even though it's been over three years since my bacterial meningitis.. I will never forget how supportive she was. And how wonderful she treated me.
Dr. Vempati was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She took time to answer my questions honestly, and she was always encouraging. The nurses and the rest of the staff were respectful and friendly.
I was a patient with WIDC since 2018. Since 2020, the level of care has plummeted, both with the medical staff and administrative staff. As a result of my most recent July 2021 visit, I am no longer a patient at WIDC. The following are my experiences that compelled me to move to a different care provider: 1. the MA who took my blood for labs busted my veins in both arms, which bruised both arms, and left me in physical discomfort for a week. I can’t give enough praise to Dr Ellenbogen for the care and dedication that she gave my daughter following a recurring bone infection. Her positive attitude and attention to her care made all the difference when we were at our most vulnerable. We will forever be grateful to her and the entire office.
