My husband and I came in for our 20 week scan today, and I had to write a review straight away because ALL the staff here were super lovely! Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and we also had Danoush (I hope I didn't butcher his name haha) that did our scan and he was incredible. He made us both feel immediately comfortable and took his time to explain what the scans were showing which was helpful. Thanks for a very pleasant experience!
Pregnant with my first child, I was unsure of which ultrasound clinic to go to as there are so many but I am so glad I was referred by a family member to go to Western Imaging for Women. The reception girls have been beyond helpful and kind. Bowen was amazing and I look forward to seeing our little one throughout this exciting journey with him. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming, supportive and helpful Ultrasound clinic.
Service is absolutely fantastic. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Sonographers I have seen - they are kind, caring and extremely professional. I always leave feeling like the Sonographer has taken the time to explain everything to me, and treats me like a real person. Definitely a step above other clinics I have been to.
Excellent staff, equipment and service.
