I absolutely love Western Illinois Credit Union!❤ All the employees are so nice and they treat you like family!
better customer service, I have been treated horribly by the staff of the credit union. A few employees, who apparently don't know their own policies have cost me hundreds of dollars and are making it incredibly hard to keep my auto loan with them. I will definitely never do business here again and will suggest to others to steer clear of this bank.
