Expect extremely poor quality. Warranty follow up will happen as long as the fix is quick, easy, and cheap to them. In a custom made hamper they taped the face of the cabinet on and since it’s out of warranty refuse to correct the problem of it falling off, unless I hire them to fix it. I can’t stress enough how low quality everything is and how much regret we have for using them and trusting our builder that recommended them. Avoid at any cost. You won’t get what you pay for.

After we moved in to our home (with Western Idaho Cabinets), Western Idaho Cabinets went above the norm and showed real customer service. We were trying a project that we needed to tie into the existing capents theme. They helped us understand our options so we could make a good decision. Thank you Soli!

We built our house in 2020 and the builder insisted we use Western Idaho Cabinets. A two star review is being generous and is only happening because they were easy to work with during the design stage. We have white cabinets and read other reviews about the poor quality from western. They explained how their previous problems happened and how they have corrected them.
