I was worried after initially reading reviews, but I was reassured that the paint issue they had in the past had been fixed. I waited until it has been over a year to leave this review, because I wanted to see for myself how everything would hold up. I will say that the cabinets still look awesome! I'll give 3 stars, at best. Western used to be an awesome company - I've done several kitchens with them. While there have almost always been problems, they used to be very good at service and responsive solutions. My most recent kitchen has been the worst in terms of both quality and service. They try hard and mean well, but I can't recommend them anymore and I wouldn't do another kitchen with them. We stopped in to look at cabinet doors stain samples as we are doing a project in another state, with a different cabinet company. We are at the point of picking out stain colors and wanted to see actual samples. Ashley was extremely helpful. She guided us through their showroom and made sure we had samples of stained wood before leaving.
