Will use again! In 2016 Western Idaho Cabinets supplied us with cabinets for our new home. Ten years later I decided I’d like to modify our exposed wine cabinet and put cabinet doors on it for aesthetic purposes. I was put in contact with Justin who was able to locate our original job, and he expedited getting our doors completed in record time. He even hand-delivered them to me at my home in WA state - now THATS service!
I was worried after initially reading reviews, but I was reassured that the paint issue they had in the past had been fixed. I waited until it has been over a year to leave this review, because I wanted to see for myself how everything would hold up. I will say that the cabinets still look awesome! I'll give 3 stars, at best. Western used to be an awesome company - I've done several kitchens with them. While there have almost always been problems, they used to be very good at service and responsive solutions. My most recent kitchen has been the worst in terms of both quality and service. They try hard and mean well, but I can't recommend them anymore and I wouldn't do another kitchen with them.
