Our project started about 2 almost 3 years ago now and Brad and Katie have been with us from the beginning. They assisted when they could with the subdivison process. We came to them with a floorplan already in mind and they set us up with a draftsman to compose those blueprints. We lived out of state during this process and we were building a multi-family home; basically a 2 in 1. Brad and Katie were our lifesavers! They took on a complete remodel of our 1970s home from start to finish and truly brought our home back to life. We originally thought we could take this on by ourselves but that quickly became a project we were not prepared for - in comes Brad and Katie - the calm in our storm! What started as an overwhelming project ended up being fun and relatively stress free. The communication, work quality and attention to detail with all the subcontractors was top notch.
Western Idaho Builders helped us completely renovate our existing one-story garage by adding a second story and expanding the existing footprint of the structure. Throughout the entire process, WBI was communicative, friendly, cooperative, and put our interests and preferences above all else. We sincerely enjoyed working with them and will reach out again if we have other projects within their area of expertise.
