Be careful when buying a new car from Hyundai. I bought a new car, put 50K on it, and went in because my tire kept getting low, only to be told I had to replace them. I was not happy about this, as it’s a new car, and then just to be told that it’s not them — the company put cheap tires on it. I had one of the worst experiences with Hyundai Moose Jaw. I purchased a brand new car from them in September 2025, and after driving only around 6,000 km, one of the tires suddenly blew out on the road. The tire was under warranty, but instead of properly helping me, Hyundai Moose Jaw charged me for the replacement. “I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this dealership if you’re expecting terrible 1-star service… because Dean completely ruined that possibility. Came in ready for the usual stressful car-buying nightmare, and instead Dean had to go and be helpful, patient, and actually honest the entire time. We had an awesome sales person. Dean. I didn’t get his last name. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and we were very happy with him and the dealership.
