Day procedure service was just lovely. Tracy in the holding bay, my anaesthetist and surgeon, and the male nurse with round glasses in recovery/discharge were all fabulous humans who knew how to look after people with just the right amount of humour and sarcasm. Thank you.

Honestly not great. Receptionist had little to no care for patients or visitors and appeared annoyed when we came in for my partners surgery 3 hours early (as advised by said receptionist a few days beforehand). After surgery and a night stay, a nurse refused pain medication for my partner (after offering it to her earlier) until she had moved around and then only gave a half dose which did not ease her pain. I honestly could have not had better care 4 weeks ago. The staff were absolutely amazing and food was fantastic. After waiting over 5 years for a full knee replacement, I could not have been in a better place. Even the food was fantastic. Thank you to this very caring hospital.
