Went in for Inguinal Hernia operation, overnight stay, very pleased with procedure and more so impressed with the staff and facilities. I never write reviews, but felt the process went so well, fears were nullified, staff were awesome, such that I started telling all and sundry after the op. to weird responses like, "why do I care about a hospital?", but if you have to go in, rest assured, you will be looked after.
Absolutely brilliant. Very good facilities, and acceptional staff. Highly recommend.
Process was very efficient, staff were friendly, attentive and helpful felt well cared for. Facilities are good and very clean. Food was great. Staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible and pain managed. Definitely recommend. Nurse manager Amanda is amazing.
My husband arrived before 7am this morning for hernia op 7am admittance. He is still waiting its 10.50 now I thought he'd be in recovery now. Not quick like other reviews. No one seems to know when he will be seen. If public hosp I'd get the wait. Obviously Doc must overbook ALL appointments. Can't believe you guys think this is ok to treat people like this! Not impressed! Just not good enough! Thought hed be home by lunch but he might not even be operated on by then. No one seems to care! Clearly they do this all the time. ... read more
I had a surgery laparoscopic hernia repair, Dr kinsey-trotman and the team member are awesome nurses look after very well and i'm very satisfied during my stay..thank you WESTERN HOSPITAL
