My trailer is cute but I am so unhappy living at an ascentia property. The weeds suck and theyll spray once a year but they dont do anything about the ugly deadness everywhere. It’s expensive, it’s muddy in the winter. They fired the only people who did anything in that office and for months now, I haven’t heard from anyone. Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. This is an ascentia managed property. It’s better than skyline but they don’t do anything about the weeds out here.
My niece lives there and it seems to be quiet and away from the city troubles.
