We just moved in and these are very liveable apartments at a fair price. We've been in for like 3 days and noticed the toilet needed some attention. It wouldn't flush but no more than a call to the front office they had a working toilet installed. I get the feel that this will be a comfortable relationship. Some items have been worn but I cannot expect a Taj Mahal. I'm happy with the central heat and air.
