Poorly managed and lazy doctor
The front desk abruptly terminated the call with me without any legal or justifiable reason, while my husband was present beside me. I was informed, after being a patient for my entire life, that I must independently address the health issues I have been born with and locate my medical files myself due to "upgrades in the systems." I fail to see how this relates to the quality of bedside manner and the willingness to assist patients.
