If zero stars were an option.... 2.5 years with WHA and as someone with a chronic medical condition that requires DME (T1D), DO NOT GO WITH THEM. Getting supplies for my pump and CGM's has been nothing if not downright traumatic. I spend hours on the phone. The anxiety about running out of supplies because I cannot get anyone to get the paperwork done, or done to the right person, the right codes or fax number or OMFG... Western Health Advantage is cool . I had a balance due, well still do, but they are very helpful I drove down to Sacramento from Auburn The balance that was past due has returned a payment. In addition, there is a lady who works there, her name is Maggie. She's awesome, totally cool and professional. Thanks Western Health Advantage

My monthly insurance doubled a few months ago, and I haven't gone to the doctor in three years. Nobody reached out to me to tell me this was going to happen. I only have coverage for emergencies; healthcare in this country is a nightmare and a scam.
