All they care about is money. My premiums went up $185 PER MONTH. I pay almost $1900 a month and after a visit all they do is send me emails about the co-pay, then once I pay it, they keep sending me bills and emails saying i did not pay it even though i did. It's never enough for these greedy people. Always trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of their patients. WHA is like Kaiser now.
I have been a WHA member for over 8 years and I really appreciate that when I call their phone line, I am connected immediately to a person who speaks flawless English and who is able to resolve the issues that I call about without resorting to handing it off to their supervisors.
