All they care about is money. My premiums went up $185 PER MONTH. I pay almost $1900 a month and after a visit all they do is send me emails about the co-pay, then once I pay it, they keep sending me bills and emails saying i did not pay it even though i did. It's never enough for these greedy people. Always trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of their patients. WHA is like Kaiser now.

I have been a WHA member for over 8 years and I really appreciate that when I call their phone line, I am connected immediately to a person who speaks flawless English and who is able to resolve the issues that I call about without resorting to handing it off to their supervisors.

Trash! You basically have to go to urgent care or the emergency room for anything you need because an appointment with your primary will take months to get. If you want to change your primary, most of the doctors in my area that accept this garbage insurance are either not taking new patients or their office is only open like 3 or 4 days a week and even then they're are open from 9 to 4 on two days and 9 to noon on other days.
