My monthly insurance doubled a few months ago, and I haven't gone to the doctor in three years. Nobody reached out to me to tell me this was going to happen. I only have coverage for emergencies; healthcare in this country is a nightmare and a scam.
They gave me a doctor that wasn’t even accepting patients. Then when I finally found a doctor who was (all on my own)- they scheduled me MONTHS in advance. Then I showed up to my appointment and wound up waiting two hours. I walked out. Will not be going with this insurance again.
Abuse of prior authorizations, denying coverage for trip to doctors, billing for services that should be free according to their own policies. Limited doctor network. Hate them can’t afford better.
