I cancelled my policy with Western General Insurance Services, yet they continued charging me for four months after cancellation. Completely unacceptable. Poor communication, no accountability, and a total waste of time trying to fix their mistake. I do not recommend this company at all.
Shaunda and her team at Western General has been helping us out for 20+ years. She constantly goes above and beyond to help us with business, home and auto insurance.
