I hope people continue to make complaints to the BBB and any other consumer protection agency, including local news to share their story. Their insured driver hit my car as I was going straight. The police officer clearly stated it was this other driver's fault. Yet, Western General has decided to file against me, while I immediately filed the claim with Western General. Hang up the phone, these people will collect your info, sell it and even after you get insurance continue to call you nonstop. They can be blocked because they spoof numbers. Hangup.
