I just had a colonscopy procedure done this morning by Dr. Daljean (gastroenterologist) and Mr.Chan (the anaesthetist). So glad that I was looked after so well by both doctors and the wonderful nurses. All of them were very professional, caring, helpful, patient and kind.
Pleasant staff, especially the nurse Lux, she was lovely.
Had a 1:30 pm appointment.Arrived early seen Nurse got changed and then sat there in a Gown till 3:00.I then asked how long it would be and was told they didn’t know,You will be called they said.I told them I had a 1:30 pm appointment to which they replied that there is no appointments to which I said I would leave because that was unacceptable.She said don’t leave I will get the Nurse I charge.She come out and said I was last on the list and it would be another 1and a half to 2 hrs wait at best.So I walked out.
My first time having a procedure here. I was a little anxious. There was no need to be. Every single staff member was so professional and caring. I cannot fault any part of this service. Thank you all!
