I was terrified going into my colonoscopy and as much as I had my doubts they were wonderful. In bedside manner professionally care kindness and affordability. They did a magnificent job and I am very grateful
I have been attending Footscray Hospital for endoscopies and gastroenterology appointments. The staffs and all doctors I met were exceptionally caring and patient. Just want to express my sincere gratitude for the services from the medical team here.
95 year old mother in-law entered hospital to have colonoscopy, after fasting more than 4 day's on and off is still awaiting the procedure having fasted a fitth day. No One is accountable for this complete negligence, my partner is so distressed, let alone my pseudo mother in-law. Disgusting planning and procedures.
NEVER COME BACK ! I CAME AT 2:20 AND THEY MADE ME WAIT UNTIL 4:30 . I CAME AT 2:20 WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS 3 PM AND THEY SAID THEY THINK I WONT COME WHILE I GOT MESS FROM THEM AT 2:23 TO CONFIRM THE TIME . I WAS EARLIER 40 MINS TO MY APPOINTMENT .VERY UNFAIR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MEAN RECEPTIONIST. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THE AUSSIE WOMAN AT THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO MEAN AND NO FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER COME BACK THIS PLACE. DONT COME HERE NOT RECOMMEND
I just had a colonscopy procedure done this morning by Dr. Daljean (gastroenterologist) and Mr.Chan (the anaesthetist). So glad that I was looked after so well by both doctors and the wonderful nurses. All of them were very professional, caring, helpful, patient and kind.
