😡😡 My experience with Western Furnace Cleaning was disappointing. The technician was unprofessional, arriving late and leaving without properly cleaning the ducts. I observed no improvement in air quality post-service. Additionally, they used high-pressure sales tactics, pushing unnecessary services. Attempts to contact customer service for clarification were met with unhelpful responses. Given their reputation, I expected better and would not recommend their services.
