Service is pathetic, office staff lost, clueless don’t even know what a car is
Booked at 9.00am because of the complementary shuttle, but was told that the service stopped at 8.30am and someone had tried to contact me which was not true. Online it said shuttles operate till 10.30am. Also I asked to have uber voucher but was told no, unlike other dealerships. Also no complimentary cars available. The staff were very rude and treated me like I was invisible, I would not go back to western ford in Footscray. Had to find a Ford dealer as I moved into Melbourne,and this was the closest. Incredible service. Won't be going anywhere else .
