Brokers are brutal.
Completely unprofessional stuff. Terrible experience, I'm doing business with ICBC autoplan for more than 25 years never ever had that kind of unprofessionality act. I came to this Autoplan office to sell my vehicle and had a frustrating experience with the agent, Cheryl. As the seller, she asked for my driver’s license, even though ICBC does not require the seller’s driver’s license for this process.
