I would review the Rutland branch but the closed it. Don't expect competent staff to proper insure your home. Don't expect any sort of 2 way communication. Don't expect, even though they swear they are, the client representation team to actually represent you and help with getting the actual insurance provider to fix your home. Expect unreturned phone calls, rate increases when you make a claim.
