Absolutely clueless about my strata’s insurance policy - Krishan is a Commercial Insurance Advisor and sent the renewal policy to me, but literally could not answer any of my questions about the policy and said only an adjuster could answer them. James Mitchell did an amazing job setting us up with boat insurance. Our previous insurer still has not followed up with my request to re-insure our boat after letting that policy lapse for 1 year (since our schedule last season didn't allow for any opportunities to take the boat out). Simpy Grewal from Western Financial forwarded my request to James who followed up with me immediately and had insurance in place shortly after. Thank you Western Financial!!
Cancelled my policy for 2 homes due to being misinformed and overall poor customer service. They still withdrew funds from my bank account even though the policy was cancelled. Waiting for reimbursement. My new coverage with another insurance broker has been much better and much better priced. I will not consider them for future coverage and will not recommend them to anyone.
I will never deal with this company again. The communication was horrible, sometimes needing 3 or 4 emails to get a response after weeks and weeks of waiting. After taking all of my insurance needs to another broker I received much better advice and discovered I had been overpaying on my home insurance by over $1000 per year. The new agent also found errors in my other previous WFG policies.
