Delaney (of western financial group-west Kelowna) is a real amazing profesional young lady with beautiful nails and bright smiles (my gf kept talking about her nails lol) . Shes very knowledgeable. kind. patient and helpful. She handled my complex fleet file and bunch of other automobile high-stress tasks and opi unfinished registration things like incredibly easy and quick. We came to Western Financial half an hour before closing and Elizabeth transfer to vehicles! She stayed half an hour longer than needed and helped us out. She was absolutely great and very efficient!
