Melissa is very professional, competent, and prompt whenever I need anything with my policy.
Bad communication about details of our policy. The time it was taking to get it done, we decided to just cancel the whole thing. Over a month later we get a bill for the premium which they said we needed to pay. No communication was given to us that by canceling the policy we would still have to pay a "retained premium". Not happy that we were never told about this! Will look elsewhere for our insurance needs from now on.

I have nothing but troubles with the watrous location. We will start with these 2 I moved and went in to update my address the lady who did it obviously had no idea what she was doing as she charged me to update my address and then after waiting 2 weeks for the new card in the mail it showed up with my old address on it. So I called got another lady to send me another copy with my new address the lady said I should never of been charged but I was and was never refunded she just blew it off.
