We had GAP insurance on our vehicles with them. However when we bought a new vehicle we had the car dealerships GAP insurance so we cancelled it. Though we were never told this, we the gap insurance is basically a loan that you are charged PRE-interest on it. So when we cancelled earlier than the renewal date we OWED over $400! Then they were slow closing it and we went on a vacation we did not have internet on. When we got back there were threatening messages in my email and messages on my phone.
