I used to always go to the Wyatt Dowling near this location and I have to say when I walked into the new Western location I was impressed. Open lots of space and Mico smiling and waiting to help. I didn't have a crazy request for changing my insurance but he was over the top helpful, understanding and willing to go the extra mile. While he was doing his work he personalized our interaction with small talk, which I enjoyed. Excellent job Mico, I really enjoyed working with you on Saturday. Thank you!
The customer service at the Dakota location is phenomenal! We were considering changing home insurance policies and eager to have a seamless, easy process.
