Today we were in the Assiniboia branch and we had dealings with Savanna and Wanita together. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were there for quite a long while and went to finish up with Wanita at her desk and she got us where we needed to be and answered all our questions and we had a bit of a nice visit in the process. There was a time when excellent service was the norm, but things have changed and now excellent service should be recognized. Sabrina Draper helped me with a stressful emergency trip cancellation policy. She advocated on my behalf on a number of occasions to help ascertain the status of the review and if we needed any more information.
