I purchased auto insurance from Janelle Wormsbecker, who is still in training. Janelle was professional, polite, and let me know that there was a slower than usual network problem. When required, Janelle would ask Rose for help, and I didn't mind the little extra time for Janelle to learn something new. I have dealt with Rose in the past, who is also fantastic to deal with! Both Janelle and Rose really represent the Western Financial Group in a positive, professional manner.
Zero stars. Worst service ever. They don’t stand up for customer. Had shingle damage and did not side with us when SGI would not cover all damage. Would not come out to inspect roof. Just sat in office looked at a picture then pretty much called us fraudsters. Recommendation is never deal with this company. They just want your annual fees. Thankful we found a good agent in a nearby city. And insurance is from Manitoba.
