Echoing other experiences here - Western Financial reached out to us, we never contacted them. They requested our current policy to provide us a quote and while we were hesitant, we provided it since they said they could offer us something of value. After we provided it they disappeared. Seemed like a scammy way to get info and not provide anything to customers. Alexandar Djukic was working with us to get a proposal for out electrical contracting commercial liability insurance. We had some good back and forth and I believe the other gentleman he was working with was named Andrew. We got a good looking package, and they went back to see about a more robust package simply for a price comparison.
