I purchased travel medical insurance from Western Financial Group on St. James Street and had a very positive experience with Jasdeep Singh. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain my options and made everything easy and straightforward. The lady who helped me renew my license today was great however the girl at reception did not even acknowledge me arriving and did not welcome me or even say someone will be with you shortly . That would go a long way, just found it rude . I just stood there awkwardly until the clerk who did help me acknowledged me taking a moment away from her customer she was currently assisting .
I was really impressed with Jasdeep. He knew the ins and outs of home insurance and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, professional, and did not made me feel rushed. I’ll definitely be bringing my business to this office and would recommend Jasdeep to anyone looking for home insurance.
