She was so rude and mean
This place has really gone downhill. Even before the hail storm, getting a hold of someone is almost impossible. When you finally do get through, you’re told you’ll be connected with an advisor, but no one ever answers. The only option is to leave a voicemail, and despite leaving several over the past few weeks, I haven’t received a single call back. Western financial used to be so customer/client friendly, but unfortunately it's become a shell of itself. Very disappointed.
Disappointed to say the least
My experience with this insurance company has been very frustrating. Their communication is poor, and whenever I ask a direct question, I rarely receive a clear or straightforward answer. On top of that, actually getting in contact with someone is even worse — it takes far too long, and when I finally do reach someone, I still don’t receive the clarity I need. Clear communication and accessibility should be the foundation of customer service, especially in insurance, but unfortunately this has not been my experience here.
