I use to speak highly of this place but it has become absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office on the phone I have called multiple times two days in a row and no answer or call back. I will be canceling all of my policies and taking my business elsewhere 5 years down the drain.
Amanjot was very helpful and professional to deal with. She replied very fast, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend her services.

This place has really gone downhill. Even before the hail storm, getting a hold of someone is almost impossible. When you finally do get through, you’re told you’ll be connected with an advisor, but no one ever answers. The only option is to leave a voicemail, and despite leaving several over the past few weeks, I haven’t received a single call back. Western financial used to be so customer/client friendly, but unfortunately it's become a shell of itself. Very disappointed.
