This has been one of the most stressful and damaging experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance broker. When I went to Western Financial Group, I specifically requested full coverage including Section C (collision and comprehensive) for my financed truck — a non-negotiable requirement from my lender, which I made clear from the start. When I was in customer for 5 to 6 years.They decided to lie to me I wasn't able to make my payment on time and they said once it gets closer to the due date, They said yes The first time I called them about it and they told me. as long as you call before The do date So I did 4 days Before for the do then they told me that they Can't.They then on top of it. They charged my account multiple times causing me to get almost $200 and NFL fees and on top. I have to pay their nsf fees And this was all within 1 week.
