If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I have been trying to contact Andy for several months to cancel my buisness insurance and he refused to take my calls or answer my emails. When I finally got a hold of someone I signed documents to cancel my policy and a month later they still took money out of my account. I am absolutely disgusted by this company and I don’t recommend anybody get insurance through them. They are a scam!! I’m out 200$ because they refuse to cancel my policy after 3 months of contact!
We used WF for our home insurance. After exploring our options at a few brokerages, we went with WF due to the welcoming environment that we did not receive at other places. Karla was knowledgeable, kind, honest & truly amazing throughout the whole process. She was prompt to answer any questions I had as a first time home buyer. I would recommend western financial Chase (especially Karla) to everyone looking to get home insurance!

What a lovely experience we had here! Karla went above and beyond to make sure we left there with everything we needed done and was so kind in the process! Gillian was also very nice and helpful in the process although she wasn't even the agent attending to us! All around amazing service and we will definitely be switching to this branch moving forward!
