Said they would call back within two hours but didn’t get a call back till 2 days later and they were still unable to give me a proper answer to my questions. Stupid to promise a call back within two hours if they don’t plan on following through with it.
Wanted to give a big shout out to Alesa Johnson. Even tho my recent call and issue was not exactly in her department wheelhouse, she went out of her way to help me and ensure I was taken care of.
