Three stars for being a broker so I don't have to shop around. Only three stars for just rubber stamping the company's policy. I guess it pays to shop around. I just thought a broker could find you the lowest price. I was wrong.

I am on day 3 trying to get the two offices to answer my phone call. No return of message left no email reply what is happening? I need to make changes and am not able to go to the office
Worst service ever. Went in there to apply my provincial Id and they applied it but with wrong information despite I gave them my documents with my information on it. What actually pissed me was that they never apologized for it and kept making excuses rudely.
