Yea, she up sold me on programs and coverage, but she did so in a way where she explained the risks/benefits and advocated for my best interest within the parameters of my needs. It was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
Rebecca Chelsey and Allison were super helpful. I phoned in late one evening with questions about an out of province vehicle and got the answers right away. In store they were friendly helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.
Just called in to make a change to my ICBC policy - Between gaining my consent, reviewing my policy, making the changes and emailing for e-signing, I had my updated ICBC papers in my hand in under 10 minutes. All without needing to go out in the snow and stand in a line! Shaina was a ray of sunshine, and made it so easy for me.
