I am on day 3 trying to get the two offices to answer my phone call. No return of message left no email reply what is happening? I need to make changes and am not able to go to the office
Worst service ever. Went in there to apply my provincial Id and they applied it but with wrong information despite I gave them my documents with my information on it. What actually pissed me was that they never apologized for it and kept making excuses rudely.
Everything is perfect here with one exception... They have two offices so close together you sometimes don't know where your agent will be unless you call before hand
Went in today to update my information, there’s someone when I came in and one of the staff there ask me what do I need, told him about it. He told me to wait, patiently waited for my turn then another customer came in for renewal of license, he helped that customer when I went in first. Didn’t respect the time of others waiting. So much BS.
Very pleasant staff to deal with. Friendly, and helpful 👍👍
