Very friendly and the best thank you
I have dealt with Western Financial Group downtown Medicie Hat for the past3decades and for the past few years the customer service has been non existent When I want to make changes on my policies I have to call numerous times and each time I have to leave a message and get almost zero return calls Am I the only one experiencing this????
I've been depending on WFG for my personal insurance needs in western Canada for the last two decades, and I have not once been disappointed. The staff are professional, capable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping people through the process, from first-timers to those of us exiting the market.
