Malika and Jarrid worked really hard to get me considerably lower rates then what I had previously. They made everything really easy with clean and concise communication.
Yet again DONE dealing with and IGNORANT staff who answer the phone in this location for almost 3 years have been dealing with one Broker didn't get told today all of a sudden.I can't speak to her and michelle.The receptionist was quite ignorant about it.And then when I asked to speak to a manager, she became RUDER so I got rude right BACK !!!! The office was very busy on a Wednesday about an hour before closing, but the service was still excellent! Michelle, the receptionist, was so kind and understanding in helping connect me with someone who could assist me. Lanelle was the lovely representative I was transferred to, and she quickly helped me add a vehicle to my policy and had a pink slip ready for me at the front desk in about 15 minutes so I could head straight to the License Bureau afterward.
