I was working with a gentleman named Jordan Schibler. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable, and very understanding. He made my insurance needs much less stressful. So happy to have met him. He made me want to take all my insurance needs to Western Financial.

Yet again DONE dealing with and IGNORANT staff who answer the phone in this location for almost 3 years have been dealing with one Broker didn't get told today all of a sudden.I can't speak to her and michelle.The receptionist was quite ignorant about it.And then when I asked to speak to a manager, she became RUDER so I got rude right BACK !!!!
