I spoke with Justine about finding a new auto insurance policy. The process was very easy and seamless and she was quick to reply to any inquiries I had!
Justine my advisor was amazing!! She was super professional and friendly and helped explain all aspects of my insurance to me in a way that was incredibly easy to understand. She dug around to get me the best quote on my policy and made sure I was comfortable with all the details of my policy before proceeding. She is prompt with updates and sending documents and always super lovely to talk to. Cannot recommend her enough thank you Justine!
When your assigned broker goes on leave or vacation, do not expect to have help. Each time my broker goes on leave, there are errors or I cannot get help. Currently, my broker is on leave and it feels like I am pulling their teeth out to get help on a new policy. Will definitely be placing my business elsewhere after I've finished buying this house as I cannot handle the stress of inconsistent service and chasing down people to help me.
I do not recommend. From the beginning to the end, it was a horrible experience. Giving different prices - more than once. Misplacing the deposit that was sent to pay first and last - condescending and rude reps, I am sure there are great ones, but unfortunately who assisted me, was not. I’ve called on three occasions for assistance regarding renewal, they kept telling me “we’ll mail it to your address and also send an email” received nothing but a new charge from a policy I could not even look over.
