THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. TOOK 2 MONTHS UPFRONT THEN CHANGED OUR ANNUAL RATE FROM 4000 TO 6500 AND COULD CARE LESS. THEN WE CANCELED THE POLICY AND THEY TOOK.ANOTHER PAYMENT OUT. NO ONE EXPLAINS ANYTHING. SUCH A JOKE COMPANY THEY HAVE EXCUSES FOR ALL THEIR NONSENSE. USELESS PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND COULD CARE LESS HOW THEY TAKE FROM PEOPLE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE WORST COMPANY TO GET A QUOTE.

I had a unique insurance issue and randomly called Western Financial Group as an insurance company informed me that I would have to deal with a broker. Trina at WFG was able to solve the problem; she was exceptional. Her knowledge and efficiency were impressive. I was very lucky to find her!!
