Dear Clinic Manager, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the ongoing delay in transferring my medical records to my new clinic, as well as the unprofessional behaviour I experienced from one of your reception staff members. Dr. Vu Dang is an amazing doctor who always listens carefully and takes the time to answer all of my questions. He makes me feel genuinely cared for and reassured every time my family visits him. We truly feel safe and confident being under his care. The reception team is also wonderful — always friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Vu Nguyen is one of the best. Great with kids too and adults and the elderly. Very caring. Great listener and also general practitioner. Consistently polite and genuinely cares for his patients and thorough. Receptionist are also great and the nurse too is fabulous. Really happy with the service.
