Usually don't leave reviews but the green beans sold under the Shur Fine brand were not fit for anyone to eat. Tough and woody, left to grow way too long. Can't believe the were canned and put out there for consumers to buy. I have a case and wouldn't even send them to the soup kitchen. Very unhappy!! Expiration dates 12/18
I bought the lemon pepper seasoning. It is awful. I couldn't even eat theeat I put it on. When it says lrmon pepper that's what it should be ~ not a lot of other ingredients mixed in it. I will never buy Western family products again
I am sorry but I have to write this review of Western Family American cheese spread in an 8oz can. 'best by June 17, 2016' It came out looking like peanut butter and it does not taste like cheese. But the color of the cheese got me first. At first I thought maybe I just needed to squirt more out, so I did. It stayed tan like peanut butter. A total turn off. I have to throw the can away. Have been buying the Shur Fine brand thin sliced enriched bread. Don't know what they did to the recipe, but the bread now is so dry and crumbly! Doesn't matter if you toast it or keep it white. No matter what you do to it, as your eating your sandwich, the bread crumbles and falls apart!! Switching to Rainbow!!!
Awful bacon. Paid $16 for pretty much straight fat. Terrible product. I don't understand how they're even able to sell this in stores, I am disgusted with how little meat there is. It should say "Hickory Smoked Pork Fat". The only thing that this bacon is for is seasoning a cast iron pan.
