The left-hand does not talk to the right hand in this place. Payment for procedures is all over the place, received an SMS 2 hours before closing to pay $2,000 or the procedure the next day will not proceed. Going for an eye operation you may be dealing with 3 or more parties for payment of various components of the operation. No indictment on the business in general, but Dr McKenzie seems to run to his own schedule. 3 visits to him recently and 3 times waiting an hour or more. Last time he saw later booked patients before us. Retirement needed?
Dr Mohammed Elnahrawy saw me today as a first time patient. His bedside manner was great and performed a procedure which I was hesitant to do. Dr Mohammed distracted me with his lovely chat and it over and done with just like that. It was quite non eventful. He really was awesome. Definitely recommend seeing this Doctor.
I've been trying too book my sons appointment for ages. First time they got every detail wrong. Second time the booked the appointment wrong Third time they booked at a different location which would have been fine if I was told before they sent out the confirmation message Been trying too book all day today first line was busy and it kept ending.theb I sat on the phone for 15 minutes got down to second position call ended. Kept calling and then it hit 5pm and I never got through. It kept ending the call
