Lito is our exterminator that comes out he is wonderful we've always had great service but he goes above and beyond he engages in conversation he is concerned about our concerns and our property and any pest problems that we may have he addresses them and he's very professional again it's lito and he's a great exterminator

albert came--I am loosing very expensive agaves--I gave him the bug and here it is about 2 weeks and no feed back I went on line and found the grubs that are killing my agave my gardener applied the killer and I also ordered other materials on line this is not very responsible I had moths in the house and supposedly he took care of this problem--they have returned I am considering leaving western exterminators my rating of western is poor and you are costing me money in lots of valuable agaves

Very please with Western's service
Don't come close. They have 2 agents both are liars, and the company is the most dishonest I encountered in 40 years. Their job is 0/10 in outcome. I thought when you give $ 400 to eradicate gofers for even 3 months it will be barely accepted on the contrary, gofers become much more destructive within 2 weeks of their treatment, and they never respond to your complain. I think the State of California should exterminate them.
