Won’t honor warranty on rodent control
We have had service with Western for many years and we are very happy. As of the last few years our exterminator Zhain Amelang has been the best part of our experience he is very professional and a pleasure to have as our tech. Thank you Zhain!!!
We've been using Western Exterminator for about 20 years. Daniel has been our tech for the past several years. He's very professional, courteous, and we like the fact that he lets us know when he's going to arrive. Their general pest service is great and more recently, Daniel has been fighting with a gopher problem in our yard. He's determined to take care of that which we really appreciate.
During the week of July 4th, staff member Calvin managed to fit us in a already busy schedule to help us get rid of some ants and centipedes in our backyard. We appreciate and value the service received from Calvin in short notice. All was well. Great and outstanding customer service.
