Absolutely terrible experience. Inspector Juan Guzman conducted the termite inspection and then took over a week just to send the report. During that time, I sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and made calls that were completely ignored. Even after finally receiving the report, we still needed the invoice for escrow & lender purposes and once again there was zero response.
