We have been using this is exterminator service for 20 years and we have been pleased. Eric is our current monthly exterminator and he does a good job of addressing any of our concerns. With regular visits our home remains pest free.

Fool me twice… We phoned them to start new service, made an appointment and nothing. Nobody showed up, no call or text. A week later we Phone them again to start the new service, gave them our debit number, everything sounded good, we set up an appointment and AGAIN, nobody ever showed up or called to let us know what happened. Of the companies we called, Western sounded the best as they had the lowest rate and no contract.
