10/24/25 UPDATED REVIEW...I'm disappointed that I have to lower my previous 5 star rating to 1 star. I've been hearing rodents in my attic again and have been leaving messages with Western Exterminator for over a month with no response. It's frustrating to see that they don't seem to value their long-time customers. PREVIOUS REVIEW....We have been using Western Exterminator, Chino office, for the past 50 years with no problems. Raul from Western Exterminator went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. We just left a competing pest control company. Raul spent more time caring for our property in this one visit than all of the visits combined with the other company! He actually knocked down the spider webs as expected, unlike the other company. I’m not sure if it’s Raul or Western Exterminator but he is a great reflection of the company either way.
