Very disappointed with this company. Scheduled a termite inspection received confirmation ticket for appointment. Our inspector was a no show. Waited past the window time for our appointment and no one came. I called was passed on from sales to customer service no one knew why this inspector didn’t come. I was expecting to have them call the inspector to get a reason or see if he was running late and nothing. They told me I could reschedule or keep waiting.
