***THREE WEEKS HAVE PASSED SINCE WESTERN EXTERMINATOR ASKED ME TO REACH OUT TO THEM SO THEY CAN FURTHER INVESTIGATE THIS. Very courteous and thorough.
The Service Agent was knowledgeable and patient. He not only had to deal with me, but my wife had a few questions that were previously asked by me. But Tony responded in a respectful manner providing specific information that was helpful. Tony is obviously a professional when it comes to providing services and in relating to his customers concerns.
The serviceman was prompt, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend this service.
Always prompt, communicates frequently before arrival, upon arrival and any concerns after service. Would highly recommend Tony “the bug man” to anyone wanting to keep the creepy crawlers out of your house and yard!
