It took weeks before anyone called me back to schedule a follow up on rodents returning ater paying big money. They used to be excellent but since, I guess(?), they were bought out by a big corporation, they are terrible - quick to give a fine sales talk, have you sign a contract and take your money. I never write bad reviews but I'm writing this as a warning. I gave them $3,700. Since then I have researched online natural ways to get rid of pests.
A word of advice, don’t try this outfit, they’re scam! They send unqualified people to your house who spend 5 minutes pretending that they spraying and then leave the bill behind your door and disappear. I went looking for the guy but he was long gone! Western Exterminator is a fraud!
