Upon moving in (after being assured the unit was ready) we found ants, roaches, dishwasher was not working and the central AC was not working. After several unanswered phone calls I finally caught the Lynn Western in the office and she notified me the owner would not be fixing the AC. I've had to file suit to try and remedy the situation.
