Even if Jeremy is on vacation he'll still pick up or get back to you in short order. If they don't have the parts in stock Jeremy will get them in as fast as you're willing to pay for and will even call customers he knows have the part to see if they'd be willing to part with it to get you going again if lead times are too long....
