Staff was very friendly and I actually had a good conversation with the gentleman. I recently moved to Chatham so this was wonderful. I accidentally went in the wrong door and they let me go through the office area to get to customer service. They had exactly what I needed
Receptionist was very friendly and put me through to parts promptly. The gentlemen are polite and courteous. They had my hard to find bulb and were so professional. Would highly recommend.
