The parts guy is not very interested in selling anything even if it's just a small little hose barb. So down here to Case and I bought a tractor instead. This is the only Western Equipment I've ever been to and I've been to all of them almost are the people are this freaking terrible but they don't even want to help you don't even acknowledge you that you're there unless you're one of their regulars. Rude and not helpful.
Took my STIHL saw to get a tune up. Went back after 2 weeks and Tyler White told me parts were ordered for it. That they just took forever to come in. Waited another 2 weeks and called again and he told me "ah man, I thought they called you". He then told me I could come get my saw that there was something internal wrong with it. That I was about to spend more money than I would if I just went and bought the saw brand new. So I went and got my saw and notices the chain was on backwards.
