Took my STIHL saw to get a tune up. Went back after 2 weeks and Tyler White told me parts were ordered for it. That they just took forever to come in. Waited another 2 weeks and called again and he told me "ah man, I thought they called you". He then told me I could come get my saw that there was something internal wrong with it.
