I like over is valley vista. I canceled on the 28th. I am not in a contract and they charged me for another month of service when I freaking canceled. There refusing to refund my money when there stating I needed to cancel 30 days notice. I signed nothing stating I had to give a so many day notice. There just trying to get a free month out of me. Got me a free upgrade to fiber and installation from a very knowledgeable technician/installer named Josh. Faster internet , no buffering issues. Very happy!!
Had new service installed last week.good thing the installer didn't rap line around his neck.we now have a new router on the desk in the office next to the spotting scope that is missing.hope he enjoys it.
Wecom Fiber’s customer service is awesome! They really came through for me. Big thanks to Nolan—he’s great! Even with the rain causing problems, he caught a break in the weather and got my fiber cable and router set up super quick. The guy went all out, and I’m real happy with how it turned out. Wecom Fiber’s got it dialed in, and Nolan’s a pro! I’d definitely tell folks around Golden Valley to go with them!
