R J came to my door and was very pleasant and informative about the wecom and the fiber optic program. I was impressed with his knowledge and his personality. He told me the technician would show up on a certain day and time. He was actually several hours early, which was quite nice. I told him that I had to be hardwired, and he did exactly what I wanted. We had a positive experience with RJ, he was very helpful with providing information with wecom fiber. We were offered a deal to have the free installation and first month of service free since this is a new Internet service in our area and we are glad that we have made the switch and so far we have had a positive experience and the WiFi works great!
Enjoyed working with RJ ,getting us signed up for faster AND better priced service..doesn't get any better than that!!
Teach your employees what "No Soliciting" means before you solicit to the wrong person with a No Soliciting sign on their door. We also don't want you leaving your trash on our door handle!
Why would I give any good reviews to a company that lays off all their own people in choice to a 3rd party contractor. so sad!
