RJ has been awesome. I have sent him several text messages after the installation and he has continually answered immediately with answers and follow ups. Installation was quick and the tech was informative and knowledgeable. The speed and reliability is excellent and much better than our previous service. Highly recommend.
Our rep RJ was polite, respectful and professional. He was well-informed and answered all our questions. The rest of the Wecom install team did great work and were just as timely, polite and courteous.
Micah knocked on my door, but in this case it was a very pleasant discussion. He was direct and to the point with information and help confirm our decision to go with Wecom.
