Called Wecom started service, the techs came out and hooked me up!! As of 3 days ago I'm happy as can be... the men who came out were pros and conducted themselves as such, very helpful and patient with me. I recommend Wecom!!!
Don't expect help for technical support after hours.
Worked great for a week. Randomly disconnected just after "business hours" person that said oh someone that's on call will reach out.. 2hours ago. No internet, no support, very fast to send a bill tho! If this continues it's back to optimum!
