This company came into our community and didn't even bother to notify any of the property owners that they were going to be trenching across our driveways and blocking us in/out just to install their cable. Absolutely zero consideration for others schedules or their livestock. Sorry Charlie we're not interested in rude businesses that treat future customers disrespectfully

R J came to my door and was very pleasant and informative about the wecom and the fiber optic program. I was impressed with his knowledge and his personality. He told me the technician would show up on a certain day and time. He was actually several hours early, which was quite nice. I told him that I had to be hardwired, and he did exactly what I wanted. We had a positive experience with RJ, he was very helpful with providing information with wecom fiber. We were offered a deal to have the free installation and first month of service free since this is a new Internet service in our area and we are glad that we have made the switch and so far we have had a positive experience and the WiFi works great!
