Incredibly trustworthy and helpful over the phone, helped my dad through resetting an electrical issue that another company was charging us $200 to fix. Trustworthy company, will work with them again.

I turned off my main circuit breaker and had a hard time turning it back on. I called this company but he was out of town and unable to come by. He stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything to help me avoid unnecessary charges! I am so grateful for this honest, stand-up company!

WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING FOR FUTURE SERVICES. Had an issue with my Dishwasher and the appliance folks could not figure it out, so i called Western Electric. Anthony came to diagnosis the issue and literally worked tirelessly to get figure it out. I appreciate the extra time he spent in my home just to get behind my dishwasher, which the appliance people from Costco did not put much effort in at all to do.
